Good Morning Natalie, Firstly sincere thanks for sorting the deposit refund for my daughter which either my wife or I will pick up at some point today. Understand this is out of company policy so very grateful that the circumstances were taken into account on this one off occasion. Secondly my daughter has told me off your total professionalism and the fact that you have went that extra mile in trying to find a suitable property for her to let which is much appreciated by both myself and my daughter. I was originally a tenant with PQ and found their service first class having relocated into the area. The Staff were wonderful and gave myself and my husband an in-depth Booklet of the Coastal Area, including Restaurants, Hairdressers, etc., and were extremely helpful. We purchased and renovated 2 flats in Tynemouth to Rent Out, and, guess what PQ was our first port of call. Maureen Lackie attended, stating “I think I have a Company who would be interested in this!”; she made one phone call and we are delighted to say the property was Let within 24 hours and at a premium rent. PQ now manage both of our properties and their guidance is invaluable. The reason PQ have the edge over anyone else at the Coast is because they are a family run business who are extremely pro-active in their thinking and second to none with their Customer Care Policy. The management and staff at Property Quarters have always been efficient, reliable and friendly, providing a comprehensive service from evaluating property, dealing with safety certificates, marketing on website, choosing suitable tenants, references, tenancy agreements, financial arrangements and finally installing the new tenants. My Portfolio of flats are never empty more than a matter of a few days between tenants, this helps with the smooth running of my business and I can thoroughly recommend Property Quarters to any other Landlords. I have used Property Quarters as a Landlord for a number of years and have always found PQ to be a professional organisation who have found me quality tenants quickly and efficiently. The Front Desk is very helpful and you get the feeling they are trying to puch your property. They have excellent knowledge of the local area and are extremely good at matching Tenants to Properties/Landlords. In addition to placing tenants, the aftercare service they provide is also very good.
