Property Quarters Residential Block Management was set up in 2003 and has grown considerably over the last 7 years. PQ have recently been awarded 2 new block management contracts from Property Developers and Leasehold Groups within the North Tyneside area, and our dedicated team strive to ensure the smooth running within all areas of the Block Management Department.
Interior Design now features heavily within Property Quarters' proactive and futuristic thinking. Maureen Lackie, Managing Director commented:: “We have been swamped by inward investors requesting PQ undertake the project of transferring their investment property from a blank canvass into a stylish and rentable home, within budget and on schedule. Because of demand, we have produced our very own Portfolio for clients to view, and they can pick and mix our ideas with theirs, it really couldn't be easier”.
Although a local family Company, PQ now employs 12 Staff which are divided between their Head Office and PQ Branch Office in North Shields and their PQ Branch office in Whitley Bay, all of the Staff are trained to the highest of standards and have a full knowledge of the Residential Letting and Management Industry including the many increasing Legal requirements to which all landlords must adhere to.
As the North East of England is attracting many foreign investors, PQ's new logo incorporates 'Welcome' in 5 different languages, this gives a more personal touch to foreigners relocating to the region.
