The new Property Quarters Whitley Bay branch, under the Management of Wendy Crosland, will offer a fully comprehensive property service covering all aspects of residential lettings, management, refurbishment, interior design and residential block management.
Property Quarters now manage a huge portfolio of rented accommodation on behalf of the individual landlords who reside not only in the UK but also abroad. PQ have installed a Sophisticated Computer Software Programme purely for their managed property side of the business which allows all Staff access so that any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Property Quarters Residential Block Management Department was set up in 2003 and has grown considerably over the last 3 years. PQ have recently been awarded 6 new block management contracts from Property Developers stretching from North Tyneside to north of Leeds, and have employed 2 new staff to purely oversee the Block Management Department.
Interior Design now features heavily within Property Quarters' proactive and futuristic thinking. Maureen Lackie, Managing Director commented “We have been swamped by inward investors requesting PQ undertake the project of transferring their investment property from a blank canvass into a stylish and rentable home, within budget and on schedule. Because of demand, we have produced our very own Portfolio for clients to view and they can pick and mix our ideas with theirs, it really couldn't be easier.
Although a local family Company, PQ now employs 10 Staff which are divided between their Head Office in North Shields and their new office in Whitley Bay, all of the Staff are trained to the highest of standards and have a full knowledge of the Residential Letting Industry including the many increasing Legal requirements which all landlords must adhere to. PQ is currently looking to recruit new staff (you may know someone, call for more information!)
As the North East of England is attracting many foreign investors, PQ's new logo incorporates 'Welcome' in 5 different languages, this gives a more personal touch to foreigners relocating to the region.
