We can offer our landlords a ‘Tenant Find Only’ service. This is where we advertise your property through a number of local and national media and our offices.
On finding a tenant we will:-

Obtain References
Draw up a lease
Collect initial fees and deposits from the Tenant

Accounting
Computerised rental statements of account and payments to the Landlords are prepared and payments made monthly as soon as practical after receipt of rent. Payments are usually by electronic transfer or by cheque if specifically requested & statements of account where possible are sent by email All Clients’ and Tenants’ monies are held in Client Accounts separate to the Compants’s main accounts and are protected under the 'My Deposit Scheme'. Fees are subject to VAT and are payable on invoice or by deduction. We are specialists in the collection of Rent Arrears providing a excellent customer care service, working closely with our tenants to ensure that the landlord receives exactly the service they desire. As no two cases are the same every instruction is dealt with on its own merit. We are able to structure rent repayment plans, instruct S21s and S8s. Whatever course of action we take, it is a result of our close working relationship with the client.
