TENANT FIND ONLY SERVICE

We can offer our landlords a ‘Tenant Find Only’ service. This is where we advertise your property through a number of local and national media and our offices.

On finding a tenant we will:-

Obtain relevant Safety Certificates / EPC
Obtain References
Draw up a lease
Collect initial fees and deposits from the Tenant

Our one off fee for this is based on a percentage of the first month’s rent, with no set up fee.   Please ring us for our current rate.
